Friends,
I'm aware that in certain circumstances the blog comments fail to post. I am at a loss to understand the reason. It seems to be some kind of control issue that is happening to only certain blogs, and not necessarily by member.
I have experimented using IE8 and Safari, and the comments to the same blog fail in both browsers. But in other blogs, the comments work.

I suggest that if you have a blog, please make sure it is in a category. The most commonly used category would be MEMBERS BLOGS, if you are unsure of where to categorize it, please use this.

At the moment there is no "fix" available for this. Maybe it will come with the next upgrade, but since it affects only certain blogs there must be some kind of simple but likely obscure reason.

John

2. The air cleaner rattles a bit on the carb, is there a piece of rubber or clamp that goes on there to keep it steady?

3. Where can i find a new radiator for a 56 ford customline w/ AT cooling lines (at least 3 row) and not give up my first born to do it and look stock?

4. After I pulled the radiator and as i drained some of the coolant out of one of the heater core lines, the coolant turned orange. Is now a good time to pull the heater core and put a new one in?

Friends,

Friends,

Keyword links in posts are not permitted. An example of a "keyword link" is to take a word or two like radiators or Lincoln parts for instance and then link it to an outside site, without benefit of clearly stating the purpose or to what site we are being taken. The outside site likely has some vague connection or no connection at all to the Forum purpose. The user places these keywords in a sentence, the purpose of which is to gain exposure within an active Forum to get "hits"; they are in fact using Forum resources not in the spirit it is offered.

Posts containing this type of veiled link will be deleted. I will not ask for clarification or give the user a chance to correct, they will be deleted right away. Depending on the situation I may also suspend the posting privileges or delete the user from the Forum. I ask for your assistance if you are aware of such a post please let me know.

Obviously, words can of course be links ---- like Cougar Registry could be linked to the Cougar Registry because the intent is clear. When users make veiled, hidden-meaning link inclusions it is because they are not really interested in the Forum community, only their own bottom line in being paid to drop links.

Thanks for your help.
John
