1962 Ford G-code 406 With Cruise-O-Matic Transmission Discovered!

Supposedly, if you ordered a 406-cubic inch Thunderbird High Performance V-8 on a 1962 Ford, the 4-speed manual transmission was required. That's what all of the dealer information and sales brochures say. However it is not unheard of to come across a 406 with optional Overdrive. But this 1962 Ford Galaxie 500/XL Club Victoria is likely 1-of-1: equipped with the G-code 406 Thunderbird Super High Performance V-8 and Cruise-O-Matic!
